Florida’s Waste Not Technologies has proposed building a recycling center in Van Buren County, Michigan, creating 1,400 new jobs. Carbon Motors will create 1,300 jobs in Connersville, Indiana. Indiana was able to lure the new plant to Indiana, beating out five other states.
