Grand Rapids will announce a major restructuring of the city government tomorrow and is expected to cut 150 jobs as part of a cost savings program to bring the budget in line. The city currently has a $27 million deficit. Grand Rapids has 1700 municipal employees at the moment, so nearly 1 in 11 jobs may be in jeopardy.
