Sitel Closing W Virginia Call Center, 112 Jobs will be Lost

sitel_160x120Sitel, a Tennessee based call center outsourcing company, announced that it will close its center in Huntington, West Virginia at the end of this year due to changing business needs. The company plans to work with local and state government agencies to help the 112 employees of the call center find new jobs.

Sitel describes itself as “a leading global provider of outsourced customer contact center services”. It maintains over 140 call centers in 27 countries and employs 63,000 people.
