Convergys, a human resources and customer management outsourcing company based in Cincinnati, is filling 200 new positions at its contact center in Kentucky. The company says these positions have arisen primarily due to one new customer. Some of the positions are part time or seasonal with the remainder to be full time permanent spots.
Convergys is a multinational corporation employing 75,000 people.
