New York’s Yale Industrial Products will invest $3 million in its Wadesboro, North Carolina plant, creating 65 new jobs.
The company will get a $116,000 state grant through the One North Carolina Fund.
The new jobs will pay an average $37,000 a year, significantly higher than the Anson County average wage of $28,000.
Yale Industrial Products is a subsidiary of Amherst, New York’s Columbus McKinnon.
