Sunflower Opening New Mexico Store, to Hire 100

sunflowerfarmersmarket_160xSunflower Farmers Markets, a chain of “organic” and natural foods markets, is opening its third store in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the end of the month, creating 100 jobs.

The chain will open a fourth Albuquerque location in 2010. It also plans to open two stores in Santa Fe.

Founded in 2002, the Albuquerque-based Sunflower Farmers Markets has 25 stores in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah.
