Thomas L. Cardella & Associates is planning a new call center in Grinnell, Ohio, creating 100 jobs.
Hiring will begin in September.
Thomas L. Cardella & Associates provides direct marketing for Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, insurance, publication, technology, telecom, entertainment, utilities, and travel industries.
The firm has existing call centers in Cedar Rapids, Coralville, Keokuk, and Marshalltown.
