Minneapolis-based medical devices manufacturer Medtronic will add 1,400 jobs over the next five years at a new customer support facility in San Antonio, Texas.
Recruiting is to begin at once, and the facility should be up and running by the Fall.
The new facility will house customer service, training and education personnel for its diabetes equipment division.
