Alorica to Create 600 Call Center Jobs in Indiana

AloricaAlorica will build a new call center in Lafayette, Indiana, creating more than 600 jobs. Hiring begins in June.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has granted Alorica up to $675,000 in tax credits and up to $100,000 in training grants. The IEDC will also provide the city of Lafayette with a $15,000 grant to assist in off-site infrastructure improvements.

The firm also employs 750 at a call center in Terre Haute.

Based in Chino, California, Alorica is a leading customer service management provider that supports the entire customer lifecycle, from front-office customer interaction to back-office reverse logistics.
