USPS to Offer Retirement to 150,000 Workers; Close Offices, Cut Jobs,

USPSThe US Postal Service announced today it will close offices, cut jobs and offer early retirement to workers to save more than $100 million annually.

The agency is closing six of 80 district offices, and 15% of district-level workers will lose their jobs.

About 150,000 workers across the US will be offered early retirement.
